How we work

How we work with you.

A transparent seven-stage process, with clear timelines and a portal where you see everything happening with your project.

  1. 1

    Initial diagnostic — free.

Video call or WhatsApp lasting 15 to 30 minutes. We talk about your topic, your university, what stage you're at, and where you feel stuck. You walk away with three things: a clear diagnostic of where you stand, a scope proposal, and a sense of the investment range. No commitment, no card, no pressure.

  2. 2

    Personalized signed proposal.

We send you a document with a fixed quote (not hourly, not open-ended), a timeline with concrete dates for each milestone, a written scope of what's included and what's not, and the contract terms. You review it, we make reasonable adjustments you request, and we sign digitally.

  3. 3

    Three-stage payment: 50 / 30 / 20.

50% on signing to start, 30% on full draft delivery, 20% at close. We accept card via Recurrente (with installments, except Banrural due to processor limitations), bank transfer (Banrural, BAM, BI, Industrial), bank deposit, and international payment via Stripe or PayPal. Every invoice arrives as an FEL electronic receipt issued by SAT, with the concept "academic and methodological advising."

  4. 4

    Portal-based work with weekly progress.

Each client has a private portal for their project. There you see: the timeline with progress checks, versioned files (you know what changed in each delivery), chat with your assigned advisor, and weekly deliverables. Every Monday you receive the week's progress. Never again "the advisor disappeared."

  5. 5

    Review meetings every 1-2 weeks.

30-45 minute video calls to review progress, align direction, solve questions, and plan the next stage. If your university advisor asked for changes, we land them in these meetings so no time is lost.

  6. 6

Final delivery + post-delivery revision window.

We deliver the final reference material in Word and PDF, with all APA or Vancouver norms applied, the orientational Turnitin report, and appendices. You have a 15-day window to request reasonable adjustments within the original scope — we make them at no additional cost. Out-of-scope changes (topic change, new methodology) are quoted as an addendum.

  7. 7

    Confidentiality by contract.

Everything we discuss, the files you share, your identity, your university, and your topic are protected by a signed confidentiality agreement. We don't publish success cases without your express authorization, we don't sell data to third parties, and we don't share information with your university under any circumstance except judicial requirement.
